The first meeting, either by telephone, email, or in person is free.

It is important to come up with a visual image that will convey the nature of your business as well as successfully promote and market your business on the internet.

Time is needed in the beginning to meet with you to carefully understand your needs and concerns so that a successful web strategy can be developed and implemented.

The consultation is a preparation so that your time during the planning phase is utilized fully.

Planning Phase

The planning phase involves discussing your target audience, the existing market place, the image you want to create, your objectives and the procedures necessary to implement your ideas.

During this phase your domain name (if not already obtained) is chosen along with the appropriate web hosting service for your business. A timelines, storyboard and budget are also developed.

The content (text), logos, photos and graphics needed for the website are discussed. As those materials are developed and/or provided, then the next phase commences.

Design Layout

Material obtained from the previous phase is used to design and create your website.

During the design phase, the structure of the website is developed. The text, photos, graphics, "navigation bars", links, contact information and other issues particular to your website are added.

Preview

This phase involves your participating in previewing the website; editing what has been created and adding more text and graphics as needed.

Proof reading (for content and spelling) is essential at this point.

Internet Presence

When your website is completed, the website is put (uploaded) to the internet and registered with various search engines for maximum coverage.

Often we can place your website address with different city and county websites, as well as trade related websites, for more exposure on the internet.

Evaluation and Management

Some clients prefer to maintain their website after completion, and others set up a program with us for ongoing website management.

Evaluation and management involve analyzing the traffic and feedback to your website, and revising the website as needed with industry related products and new internet technologies, and/or refreshing the website's design and visual impact.
